For small orders vinyl sublimation printing is what we recommend. This process to apply vinyl to a garment requires that the artwork given to the designer. The art must be a vector. Each color layer must then be separated and traced into a cut path. The vinyl is then cut, weeded, and carefully lined up on the garment before it is transferred via a heat press. Screen Printing For bulk orders, 15 or more we offer a screen printing option. Screen printing is best for simple designs, few colors, and printing on dark shirts with bright colors. For screen printing a screen has to be created for each color that will be printed on your garment. Based on the number of colors and time this is the least cost effective option, unless you are doing a bulk order of the same design. Darker Garments also require a base underlay of ink to help the design stand out and ensure the best color brightness. Sublimation Printing Sublimation printing is best for detailed designs, small orders. This process works best on white or light color high Polyester content shirts. White shirts will show the best color transfer.
